School Physicals
KINDERGARTEN: All incoming Kindergarten students are required to have a Kindergarten physical before the first day of school (Wednesday, August 11th). You may use the physical form your family doctor's office. You do not need a specific physical form from the school. Student's attendance at school will be affected by failing to adhere to this State requirement. School physicals are to be turned into Mr. Fleischman's office.

Sports Physicals
All incoming 8th grade students are required to have a sports physical prior to the first junior high contest. Students will not be allowed to participate in games without their sports physical.
All high school students planning to participate on an athletic team, cheer squad, or dance team are required to have a sports physical for the current school year. The covid provision from last year is no longer active. Students must have their sports physicals turned in prior to the first practice or they will not be allowed to practice. Fall practices begin on Monday, August 9th. Students may use the physical form from your family doctor's office. A form is attached if you prefer to use this form. Sports physicals are to be turned into Mr. Fleischman's office.
